Terms of Service

The Services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives in the United States. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your portal credentials and second-factor device secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Submitting an application is a request for information and is not a commitment by you or by us. Any offer we extend is conditional on verification and is not binding until a facility agreement is signed by both parties. Offers may be withdrawn or changed before signing.

Rates, fees, and repayment terms are stated in each agreement. Illustrative figures on this website are examples only.

The portal displays balances, activity, statements, and documents for your facility. Draw requests submitted through the portal are subject to the terms of your agreement, available credit, and our verification procedures. Figures shown are for information and may be adjusted to reflect settled transactions.

Bank account details you link are used only to fund draws and collect payments as authorized in your ACH authorization.

You may not use the Services to submit false information, interfere with their operation, attempt to access another client's data, or reverse-engineer any part of them.

The Services, including text, design, software, and marks, are owned by Cortex Capital LLC or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to evaluate and manage your facility.

By providing your phone number and email you agree that we may contact you about your application and account, including by text message for security codes. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

The Services are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the terms of a signed facility agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
